Complex Humanitarian Emergencies (CHE)

As stated by the Center for Disaster Philanthropy, “Many places worldwide are experiencing emergencies caused by conflict, climate change, drought, famine, economic challenges and other conditions that combine to create a complex humanitarian emergency (CHE).”

•  The Rohingya Refugee Crisis has been exacerbated by the aftereffects of summer monsoons that affected more than 4500 people. Recent fires burned over 550 shelters and left 3500+ refugees homeless. Read more here
